INTERNATIONAL HUMANIVERSITY THERAPISTS ASSOCIATION NETHERLANDS
IHTAN is a recognized professional membership body created in 2008 to regulate the professional practice of its members and establish links and recognition with other professional organizations active in the field of psychotherapy and alternative health.
The aims of the association are:
Vision
To maintain, promote and further the vision, principles and practice of Humaniversity Therapy
Standards
To promote the interests of Humaniversity Therapists and Humaniversity Therapists-in training and to foster standards of professional competence, excellence and conduct in the practice of Humaniversity Therapy
Support
To promote cooperation, mutual support and friendship between its members
Recognition
To seek official recognition and accreditation of Humaniversity Therapy, Humaniversity trainings, its graduates and practitioners wherever possible
Improvement
To study, instigate and promote improvements and changes in government policy, legislation and regulations in so far these influence the practice of Humaniversity Therapy
Professional members of IHTAN have been trained and graduated from therapy programs at the Humaniversity.
